STAND (Support, Through, Addiction, Non-opiate Drugs) is a service specifically for people affected by non-opiate substance use in Haringey. The service provides:

  • 1:1 motivational sessions
  • online and face-to-face appointments 
  • access to our group programme
  • access to talking therapies 
  • physical health/psychiatric reviews
  • testing for blood-borne viruses 
  • support with application for housing and benefits (Connected Communities)
  • employment support
  • access to Breaking Free Online (online recovery support tool)
  • women-only space
  • onward referrals to a range of specialist services

 


Eligibility Criteria

Inclusions

  • resident of Haringey
  • 18 and over
  • use, or have used, non-opiate substance
  • have been affected by non-opiate drug use; e.g. parent, carer or friend of person affected 

How to Refer

GPs, support workers, and other health professionals can refer

Refer by phone to receive a referral form

Refer by email to receive a referral form

Self-referral

Patients can self-refer and healthcare professionals can refer using this e-referral portal.
