This page provides basic information about a service suitable for self referral. Direct patients to the service provider using the details below.
NeuroResponse is a service which enables people with MS to get quick and easy, free, 24/7 access to clinicians via the NHS 111 provider, London Central West (LCW). The early detection of UTIs reduces visits to busy GP surgeries and unnecessary hospital attendances as well as improving the care pathway for the people living with MS.
NeuroResponse provides pre-labelled QR urine specimen pots to allow at-home sample collection if needed. A courier service will call at the patient's home and deliver the urine sample to the lab. The NHS 111 healthcare provider can then create an electronic prescription for antibiotics based on the urine results, which is then sent to a local pharmacy for pick up or delivery.
The service is now available to all people living with MS across all North and Central London boroughs including Barnet, Camden, Islington, Haringey and Enfield.
