Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams from NLFT offer a home-based assessment and treatment service for individuals experiencing severe mental health issues, providing a safe and effective alternative to inpatient care.

Healthcare professionals can contact NHS 111, select Mental Health option then select Healthcare Professional.

Complete the BEH Crisis Telephone Hub Service Urgent Referral - NLFT and email beh-tr.behcrisis.telephonehub@nhs.net.

Self-referral
NCL residents can access urgent crisis mental health support via NHS 111, 24/7. By selecting Mental Health option. Callers are connected to the NLFT crisis service, specially trained staff will address urgent needs and provide support based on symptoms.
