SafeFit is a free remote service for anyone in the UK with suspected or confirmed cancer. Cancer exercise specialists offer advice, support and resources to maintain and improve physical and mental well-being.
SafeFit provides patients with:
- exercise advice based on their needs that can be done safely at home
- help to find different and new ways to keep active and eat healthily
- help to improve their overall well-being.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusions
- aged over 18 years old
- willingness to commit some time to work with a cancer exercise specialist
- willingness to commit to a number of sessions as agreed with cancer exercise specialist.
