Straight to Colonoscopy Pathway 

The straight to colonoscopy pathway has a relatively short waiting time. This is in comparison to alternate referral routes such as Direct to Endoscopy, Gastroscopy/Flexible-Sigmoidoscopy pathway, or via the triaging clinic, which has an average waiting list of between 8 to 12 weeks.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusions

  • Patients at any age with raised faecal calprotectin.
