Provided By
Most people with depression and anxiety will be helped by the psychological therapies and wellbeing services based in GP practices and community settings (for example, iCope).
Some service users may have been offered and completed psychological or medical treatment but continue to experience significant difficulties with anxiety or depression which require additional time limited multi-professional input (psychiatry, psychology, primary workers) which can be offered at CDAT.
However, individuals with complex depression and anxiety may benefit from the multi-professional support that CDAT provides.

- Individual or group therapy sessions
- Psycho-social advice, information and support
- Targeted psychological therapy
Psychological therapy: primarily target group psychological therapies
- Comprehensive medication review
- Focused and individualised care planning to support a recovery-based approach

- Cannot be referred if meets iCope criteria
