Camden Community Mental Health Services: NLFT
CamdenProvided By
Camden Community Mental Health Services offer integrated support through three locality-based Core Teams, focusing on mental health assessment and advice, pharmacological treatment, brief psychological therapies, social care, and holistic health and wellbeing. They use a trauma-informed approach to co-produce personal care plans and engage in collaborative working with individuals and their networks.
Based on the patient's GP practice, the care is delivered from the following locations:

Complete the Single Point of Access to Adult Mental Health Service – NLFT referral form and send to nlft.camdenmhreferrals@nhs.net

Self-referral
The crisis line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If in crisis, patients should ring the number above or contact the usual mental health team who can advise whether emergency attention at MHCAS or elsewhere is needed. If advised to attend MHCAS then no referral is needed.
