Request to set up NHS.net Connect user account secret

NCL Wide

NHS.net Connect and GPIT would like you to set up the user account secret if you have not already done this.

The user account secret is used by NHS.net Connect and local IT helpdesk agents to verify your identity in certain scenarios. For example, if you need to contact your local administrator to unlock your account or to reset your password on your behalf.

Details on how to set up your account secret can be found in Downloads.

If you do not set up your account secret by Monday 31 March, you will be asked to do so when you login into the NHS.net portal. You will not be able to access portal services until you set up the account secret. This policy applies to all active individual user accounts and applications accounts.
