The NCL Training Hub is delighted to announce that its clinical professionals mentoring scheme is reopening to all primary care staff in north central London. This program offers the opportunity to receive one hour of mentoring each month for up to 12 months from an experienced clinician. All mentors are fully trained but may be from a different clinical professional background to their mentees. The scheme is intended to improve job satisfaction and retention in general practice for both mentees and mentors.
