On Monday 7 April, Chief Operating Officer of Whittington Health (WH), Chinyama Okunuga, sent out an email to GP practices. The email thanked GP colleagues for their ongoing support, and acknowledged long-standing issues the trust has had with IT systems. These were exacerbated when transitioning to a new laboratory management information system.
