Please note The use of the FIB-4 score is not validated where a patient has normal transaminases or is over 75 years of age. Whilst the calculator will still give you a FIB-4 score, please make note of the error messages that may appear next to it.

This uses the FIB-4 formula: (age [yr]x AST [U/L]) / ((PLT [109/L]) x (√ALT [U/L]))
