The Move4You programme is a 12-session guided physical activity programme for adults who have had a cancer diagnosis in the last five years, and are living in Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. It is commissioned by the NCL CCG and NCL Cancer Alliance and delivered by the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation.  Move4You helps people to move more before, during and after treatment. Referrals can be made by a patient’s healthcare team in primary and secondary care.
