Creating Positive Cultures in a Clinical Setting: Psychological Safety

Following success of the first workshop in November, registration is now open for the second in-person workshop as part of the NCL Supervision Support Programme:

‘Creating Positive Cultures in a Clinical Setting: Psychological Safety’.

This workshop explores how effective supervision creates supportive workplace cultures. It will build on key themes from the first workshop and cover new topics, including:

  • What psychological safety is and why it matters
  • How it impacts learning, supervision, and patient safety
  • Time to share participants experiences and questions about effective supervision.

Attendees will participate in discussions, share strategies for building positive team cultures, and learn from real-life case studies based on feedback from the programme so far.  

For practices attending a workshop for the first time, there will be time to recap on key themes from the first workshop.

Funding for Practices

Practices can claim up to £300 in support for this workshop. To be eligible, practice staff must:
1.    Attend the workshop (support is not available for non-attending practices).
2.    Share workshop insights with their multi-professional team.
3.    Complete and submit a claim form detailing how the learning was shared.
