Working together – In Practice! (morning)
10am, Thursday 20 April 2017
A morning of seminars and discussion focusing on the ways in which practices can and will be working together over the coming years – and the resources and support that will be in place to support that. We will look at The Universal Offer – how practices can collaborate to ensure that all Camden patients have equitable access to services; the IT support from the CCG and our colleagues. We will also have a presentation of some innovative work already taking place on the patch and an example of how we can place our practices at the forefront of thinking in Primary Care, carrying through the Local Care Strategy and maintaining our values and individuality in Camden General Practice.
