Adult Long-Term Metabolic Conditions Training

Royal Free London (RFL) and NCL Training Hub would like to invite four clinicians per PCN from across NCL who are involved in delivering long-term condition (LTC) reviews. The training will include a full day of updates on the metabolic conditions included in the LTC Locally Commissioned Service (LCS).

The training will be held at the Royal Free Atrium and will be attended by specialists in the fields of hypertension, CKD (chronic kidney disease), diabetes, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, stroke, lipid management, ischemic heart disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and diabetes, as well as LTC LCS programme leads. In addition, there will be a session delivered by physical activity clinical champions to help broach this essential topic with patients.
