This service supports NCL ICBs approach to delivering healthcare as close to patients’ home as is possible, improve patient’s access to ABPM and ECG diagnostic services within general practice rather than needing to visit a hospital clinic and deliver:

• Improved access to electrocardiogram (ECG) recording and interpretation of results for timely diagnosis and management.
• Improved access for adult patients requiring 24 hours Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) for diagnosis and management of hypertension
