Since the deployment of Microsoft Office 365 in GP practices, there has been a need to manage the associated user licenses in order to curtail license wastage which is proving costly to the ICB.

All new user accounts must be submitted using the NCL GP IT New User Form.

The form must be fully completed ensuring all the fields are populated with the most current information available.

New account requests will no longer be processed without a fully completed application form.

Requests take up to five days to process, and may take longer if the form is missing information.
