The NHS Cervical Screening Management System (CSMS) has replaced the National Health Application and Infrastructure Services (NHAIS) call and recall system (which was previously accessed via Open Exeter). 

All providers are requested to update any internal operating procedures and documentation that support the delivery of cervical screening services to reflect access to and how CSMS should be used. The CSMS can be accessed via an NHS Smartcard.
