Shape Up with Spurs: Tottenham Hotspur Foundation
HaringeyEnfieldProvided By
Shape Up with Spurs (SUWS) is a multi-component programme that combines healthy living support, regular health MOTs and free physical activity/sport sessions.
SUWS targets overweight or inactive members of local communities to support them to a healthier lifestyle. Residents of Haringey, Enfield, Barnet or Waltham Forest aged over 18 are welcome to join the Shape Up Community and start a journey to a more active, healthier lifestyle.
Alongside the group exercise classes, SUWS hosts regular health check ins or MOTs to track progress, set new goals and get one-to-one support from coaches.
SUWS is delivered face-to-face and online, offering women-only sessions, men-only sessions, low-impact offers and bespoke/tailored sessions for special populations. Sessions run Monday to Friday, 9am-8pm. All sessions will be tailored to the individual's need and level of fitness.
