Resettlement Hubs
HaringeyProvided By
The Haringey Resettlement Team runs weekly Welcome Hubs to provide tailored support for refugees, asylum seekers and migrants living in the borough to help them settle into the community.
The resettlement team are keen for GPs and social prescribers to be aware of these services so patients in need can be referred and supported early.

- Thursday 10am-1pm at St Ann's Library, Cissbury Road, N15 5PU.
Through the Resettlement Hubs, the team can support individuals and families with a wide range of needs, including:

- Financial support; applications to the Haringey Youth Support Fund and Household Support Fund.
