Outward: Supported Living
CamdenProvided By
Provides supported living housing opportunities in north east London for individuals with learning disabilities or autism to feel safe, receive help and support with day-to-day life and become more independent.
Includes:
- dedicated and tailored support sessions each week
- help accessing the local community
- 24-hour, on-call help and support, if needed
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusions
- those with a learning disability or autistic spectrum condition
- the person is known to social services for learning disabilities or autistic spectrum conditions
- the person can obtain funding for existing support or already has a personal budget
