Nephrology: Tottenham Hale Dialysis & Advanced Kidney Care Centre
NCL WideProvided By

The Tottenham Hale Kidney and Diabetes Centre
Part of Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, the centre is the UK's largest haemodialysis unit outside of a hospital. With 48 dialysis stations, it has capacity for up to 270 patients.
As well as haemodialysis, the centre offers a peritoneal dialysis service including nurse clinics; an advanced kidney care (low clearance service) for patients with a significant deterioration in kidney function. These services have access to support from dieticians, psychologists, and renal consultants. A monthly multidisciplinary frailty clinic and MDT runs on site with a Consultant Geriatrician, Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist.
The centre offers follow-up clinics for patients who have had a kidney transplant, transplant assessment clinics and renal vascular access clinics. In addition, services including patient education sessions run at this site.
Chronic kidney disease clinics are due to start at the site in 2025.
