The MoRe clinic offers one-off specialist assessment of depression and bipolar which includes diagnostic assessment, treatment review and recommendations. It is for patients who have tried two different treatments (psychotherapy or pharmacotherapy) for their current mood episode and are still experiencing symptoms.

The clinic also aims to facilitate participation in mood disorder research studies. Research studies on offer to patients include both academic and industry studies looking at  novel treatments, pharmacotherapies, psychotherapies and cohort studies.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusions

• Over 18 years old, 
• GP registered within and a resident of Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Camden or Islington, 
• Unipolar or bipolar depression that is difficult to treat (i.e. 2 or more treatments failed)
• No acute risk
• Interested in participating in research
