Joint Pain Programme: Nuffield Health

Nuffield Health
The Joint Pain Programme offers a six-month programme to help individuals self-manage chronic joint pain, starting with 12 weeks of lifestyle advice and exercise sessions led by a rehabilitation specialist to improve mobility, pain management, general fitness levels, and overall quality of life.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusions
Open to any adults who:
- have experienced chronic joint pain for at least a year
- are able to commit to the duration of the six month programme
- can travel to their local Nuffield fitness and wellbeing centre
Exclusions
- under 18s
- have had joint replacement surgery in last 12 weeks
- have surgery coming up in the next 12 weeks
- unable to commit to the six month programme
- unable to travel to local Nuffield fitness centre
