Groundswell Homeless Health Peer Advocacy Service provides trained peer advocates who can help homeless patients with the following:

  • attending or understanding appointments
  • attending follow ups and hospital stays
  • finding out about health and health services
  • addressing health issues
  • paying for travel including taxis if needed.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusions

  • anyone currently accessing homeless services based in Camden, Greenwich, Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Islington, Lambeth and Westminster.
