The Fit and Active Barnet (FAB) Hub is a one-stop-shop for everything physical activity and health related.

It includes:

• information on physical activity and weight management programmes (GP referral)
• health and wellbeing tips, guidance and case studies
• an Activity Finder that helps residents find an activity suitable for them; often the biggest barrier to starting or returning to exercise
• FAB Card registration (free to Barnet residents)

The free FAB Card

The London Borough of Barnet and its leisure operators, Better, have launched a free FAB Card to residents which provides benefits and opportunities including up to a 50 per cent reduction on leisure centre-based activities. Children under eight swim for free and those aged 8-11 years swim for £1. Discounts are also available for Barnet Health walks.
