This is a physiotherapy led cardiopulmonary rehabilitation for patients with heart failure.  

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusions

• Diagnosis of chronic heart failure confirmed by echocardiogram
• Patient is under the care of a cardiologist and community heart failure Nurses
• Optimally medically managed with heart failure medication
• EF <40%
• NYHA II-III
   

Exclusions

• Early Phase after ACS (up to 2 days)
• Acute HF (during the initial period of haemodynamic instability) &CCF
• Critical aortic stenosis
• Severe hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy
• Intra-cardiac thrombus
• New-onset AF/atrial flutter
• Implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD)
• Pericardial effusion
• Unstable angina
