Maternal Medicine Network
Specialist Maternal Medicine care is available for all women within NCL with pre-existing medical conditions who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, as well as those who develop medical complications during their pregnancy.
Direct referrals can be made to any of the maternal medicine teams at all sites across NCL.

- Pregnant women (confirmed on a home pregnancy test)

Referral methods: Email
Email the completed Antenatal Maternity Service Referral - NCL form to the relevant hospital.
- North Middlesex University Hospital: northmid.newmaternityreferrals@nhs.net
- University College London Hospital: UCLH.antenatalreferrals@nhs.net
- Whittington Hospital: Whh-tr.maternityreferrals@nhs.net
For the Royal Free Hospital, Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals complete the self-referral: GP maternity referral form.
