As part of the Medicines Optimisation Scheme (MOS) 2019/20, practices were asked to complete and return the miscellaneous items submission table (page 32 of the scheme)  after reviewing their respective ‘Top 20 Items’ in order of cost per item prescribed for the latest 12-month period for safety, efficacy and cost effectiveness, by 31 December 2019.
