Monitoring will include:

• Patients on the asthma register that have had at least one extended appointment per year
• Patients with asthma, that have asthma action plans
• Patients on asthma register prescribed inhaled corticosteroids and long-acting bronchodilators
• Patients on asthma register prescribed oral steroids
• Emergency admissions for asthma at UCLH and the Royal Free
