Ascenti, the current provider, will be exiting the NHS community physiotherapy service in Haringey. A planned exit strategy is in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and patient-focused transition.

The service will close to new referrals on Sunday 30 November. The service anticipates that all patients will complete treatment by 31 March 2026. Patients who aren’t will be found an alternative suitable provider. 

GPs can be reassured that

• patients currently in treatment will continue to receive professional, high-quality care
• all treatment plans will be completed or safely discharged before the service ends
• local GPs and partners will be kept informed throughout the transition.
