NCL ICB seeks your help in completing the Freedom to Speak Up survey.

The aim is to understand the thoughts and experiences regarding Speaking Up in NCL primary care and explore how the Freedom to Speak Up Clinical Lead and Speak Up Guardian can better support practices. 

Your feedback is invaluable in helping the team create a safer, more open, and supportive environment for everyone. 

The survey is for all primary care staff, receptionists, care coordinators, GPs, and practice managers. Share in your practices, across your PCNs, and federations.
