Blood tests for children at the Royal Free Hospital must be requested via tQuest.

Parents/carers to be reminded to bring the paper copy of the blood test request form to the appointment.

All blood test appointments must be pre-booked via the Swiftqueue platform.

Urgent appointments are not available online. For urgent tests, please contact one of our paediatricians on 020 7794 0500, bleep 1000. This includes out of hours.

There is no walk-in service and forms marked as urgent will not be accepted.
