Pharmacy First was launched in January 2024. As part of the service to assist practices there is a patient led EMIS triage tool functionality that is available for all practices.

This enables patients to complete the form for their symptoms themselves, saving practice time.

A demonstration is available on YouTube. Patient information leaflets are also provided for increasing awareness of the system.
