The Islington Public Health team has organised a number of outreach flu vaccination clinics across Islington during October and November, run by University College Hospital. The NCL ICB Primary Care Planning, Improvement and Operations Team is keen to promote these widely to ensure easy access for patients.

The team has emailed all Islington practice managers, requesting they send a text message to relevant patients about these drop-in clinics. Although many eligible patients may have already received vaccination invitations, offering this no-appointment option could encourage more people to get vaccinated. The email also includes a draft text message for patient communications.
