To ensure the system remains fully supported and on a secure platform, Whittington’s Keystone letters interface will be unavailable due to an upgrade of the application on Wednesday 8 April 9am-5pm.

During this time, discharge letters sent to GPs via MESH or automated email, and radiology reports, will be queued until the upgrade has been completed.

This upgrade is not intended to introduce any changes.
