NCL Non-Medical Prescribing V300 open for expressions of Interest

NCL Wide

NCL Training hub is seeking expressions of interest from general practice nurses, allied health professionals, and employers interested in securing funded places for their teams on a Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) V300 course.

Eligibility criteria

  • One years’ experience working in a role with an identified practice and individual clinical need for prescribing (for Nursing and Midwifery Council and Health and Care Professions Council registrants). Interest in the NMP offer should be driven by both a continuing professional development requirement and a clear business need, aligned with the health population’s demands and supported by the practice.
  • Protected time for clinical practice and academic study.
  • Appropriate clinical supervision, clinical governance and indemnity insurance to cover your future prescribing practice.

Please note: eligibility may differ depending on the university. If successful, please be sure to review your selected universities eligibility criteria to ensure you are a suitable candidate.

How to apply

Submit an expression of interest now. There are a  limited number of funded places available. Once funding capacity is reached, no further applications will be accepted.

For any further questions, contact Barbara Bryden, senior project officer, nursing.
