From 1 July, the NCL lung cancer screening programme will commence sending all patient results letters to GP practices via Docman.

No actions are required from GP practices for this change to become effective.

Letters are currently sent via post. The move to sending results electronically will streamline processes for GP practices and will be faster.

The content of the letters will remain the same.
