The North Central London Cancer Alliance is asking GPs to encourage eligible patients to complete the National Cancer Patient Experience Survey (NCPES). NCPES invites adults who received inpatient or day-case cancer treatment between April and June 2025 to give feedback on experience. 

Survey letters are sent to invited patients by post. The survey takes around 20 minutes to complete online, on paper, or by phone. Help is available, including support in 20 languages, via the helpline on 0800 103 2804. Patient feedback helps the NHS improve cancer services across NCL and nationally. 

The survey closes on Friday 30 January.
