The getUBetter app is a free digital self-management tool for patients with muscle, bone and joint musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.

Developed in collaboration with Whittington Health NHS Trust, the app is tailored to local care pathways. It offers safe, personalised recovery support for new, recurring, and ongoing MSK problems; covering up to 80% of MSK patients.

Patients can download getUBetter from their app store or access it on desktop or tablet. Practices will also receive leaflets, posters and website content to help signpost patients.
