The NCL Diabetes and Weight Management Network recently implemented the Islington Online Physical Activity Finder.

This new, easy-to-use search finder enables users to find over 2,000 activities on offer in Islington and nearby in the next two weeks, as well as book onto an activity. 

Practices are encouraged to promote the finder to patients via the PDF and PP downloads.
