The NCL Training Hub invites you to participate in the 2026 Primary Care Learning Needs Analysis survey.

The survey is for all clinical and non-clinical roles working in primary care roles across NCL. 

Your input will help NCL Training Hub and system partners shape future training and learning offers to support individual and team development. 

We need your support to: 

• Complete the survey with your own reflections.
• Encourage colleagues to complete the full survey.
• Share the survey link across local and professional groups and networks.

Accessing the Survey 

There are the options to complete the full learning needs survey (approximately 10-15 minutes) or to complete a shorter survey (5 minutes).

The survey is available on line below and will close on Monday 1 June 2026.
