GP practices are asked to signpost eligible patients to the Camden Council Blue Badge poster, which informs patients about the scheme and how to apply.

Applicants must have a long-term medical condition lasting over three years and provide supporting evidence from healthcare professionals. A GP letter alone will not be accepted, and additional evidence from another healthcare professional is required. Applicants should also be advised that a fee may apply for obtaining supporting evidence.
