The deadline for the 2025-26 Prescribing Quality Scheme (PQS) submissions is Thursday 30 April 2026.

Following the recent merger of North Central London and North West London Integrated Care Boards and the considerable reduction in workforce capacity, no extensions will be granted for any GP practice.

GP practice are asked to ensure that all results, action plans and mitigations are submitted through Citizen Space by Thursday 30 April 2026.

The Medicines Optimisation Team (MOT) understands the challenges practices face and will make every effort not to penalise practices that submit incomplete submissions. 

Supporting practices through this period of transition remains a key priority.
