NCLD Accounts (username@ncld.nhs.uk) can get their passwords reset without needing to contact the ICT Service Desk. Thus, reducing the time required to carry out this step.

To perform this reset, these will be required:

• a registered email address 
• and a registered mobile 

(*Note: these would have been required when NCLD accounts were initially setup)
