On Thursday 2 March, join Whittington Health staff for a Perinatal Mental Health Colloquium to enhance your knowledge of the local perinatal mental health services.

The event will focus on optimising preconceptual, early pregnancy, antenatal and postnatal care for women with moderate to severe mental health needs.

Join the session at 5.30pm at Whittington Health's Education Centre to meet and greet with key healthcare staff including:

• Dr Alkiviadis Velivasis, Perinatal Consultant Psychiatrist, The North London Partners Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Service
• Miss Danielle Hammar, Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Midwife, Whittington Health
• Dr Lucinda Donaldson, Perinatal Consultant Psychiatrist, The North London Partners Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Service
• Ms Ilana Pizer-Mason, Interim Consultant Midwife, Public Health and Education, Whittington Health
• Ms Irene Gafson, Consultant Obstetrician with a special interest in perinatal mental health, Whittington Health.

The event will provide plenty of opportunities to ask any questions you might have and will help to update or refresh your knowledge of psychiatric medication and pregnancy. 

Refreshments will be provided and the programme will officially start at 6pm and finish at 7.30pm.
