Understanding the Roles within Multi-Professional Health Teams and Supervision
Sessions
Session One (afternoon)
2pm, Friday 12 May 2023
Session one will cover:
- the different roles in primary care (e.g., ARRS roles)
- different pre-registration requirements
- training roadmaps
- post-qualification competencies and assessments
- the benefits of interprofessional supervision
- preparatory work for the second session.
Session Two (afternoon)
2.30pm, Tuesday 13 June 2023
Session two will explore inter-professional supervision in more detail, and will cover:
- identity as a supervisor
- what makes a good supervisor
- how to develop a collaborative supervisory relationship with the learner.
