Type 2 Diabetes in Patients Aged 18-40

All NCL GP practices are invited to join a one-hour live education session on the needs of this high-risk population. The aim of the program is to support GP practice teams in the management of type 2 diabetes in patients aged 18-40yrs. This includes supporting patients, clarifying the diagnosis and clinical management.

This session is led by Dr Sarita Naik, diabetes specialist, University College London Hospital.

Reimbursement to share learning amongst the team will be allocated to practices based on the size of the patient cohort. This will be a minimum of £100, increasing for areas with larger cohorts.
