An introduction to library services: What the Knowledge and Library Services can do for you

Find out how the Knowledge and Library Services can help you deliver evidence-based services and how it can support your learning and development at work.

The session covers joining and getting an Athens account, book and journal requests, the Library web site, KnowledgeShare (for regular subject alerts) and the NHS Knowledge & Library Hub.

The sessions are scheduled for:

  • Thursday 8 August 2-2.30pm
  • Friday 16 August 1-1.30pm
  • Tuesday 3 September 2-2.30pm

To join a training sessions complete the online form or send an email to ncl.lib@nhs.net to reserve your spot.

Personalised support and one-on-one sessions are also available. It is recommended that participants sign up for OpenAthens before the session. This will enable full use of the resources discussed during the session.
