The white paper: What does integration really mean?

This webinar looks at the who, what, how, where, and why of integrating services; discussing what it takes to turn the white paper into reality.

Every day we see conversations about the pressures the health sector is facing; an aging population with more complex demands, new advances which give hope to people but also create new demand on our resources, people’s overall expectations and the long-lasting impact of Covid-19.

To deal with these existing and new expectations the health sector must ask some fundamental questions about what types of services it provides, how it provides them and therefore what workforce it requires to deliver these services. The white paper proposes a new integrated structure, but will this deliver what is really required?

Transformation only happens when leadership is in place to enable it, alongside a culture of improvement and a desire to do things differently.
This will be a chance to listen to workforce, leadership and OD experts discuss key questions such as:

  • What is integration?
  • How do we achieve it?
  • Who needs to act?
  • What will the impact be?
